Meet Bonnie Jean Williams, a PEOPLE Scholar from Rufus King High School in Milwaukee, who is graduating from the UW-Madison in spring of 2006 with degrees in Journalism and African American Studies. Bonnie was recently accepted as a Ph.D. candidate in the English department.
